You gotta love them, I know it's been mentioned many times before but their service is truly awesome.

Got to give a special nod to jejamescycles too, excellent customer service...

Bit of a gush I know but it's great to be looked after properly as a customer :wink:

    Don't think too much of JE James but I do agree on Prendas, fantastic service.

    Have just recently started to use Prendas after recommendations on these pages. Got some of their arm warmers, Santini leg warmers and Enervit.

    Good service, fast delivery and good quality items.

    Got their latest newsletter today. Looking forward to some Santini winter items being in stock in the next 1 to 2 weeks and the opportunity to spend some more money.

    I ordered a blue 23mm Ultrasport folding tyre from JE James. After eight days a black, rigid 25mm turned up. JE had stuck a label on the tyre describing it as a 23mm blue folding, about two inches away from the Contintal sticker with the correct description.

    Nil impressed.
