Recommend some destinations for a mtb holiday in winter

Im planning on escaping the winter this year for a mountain biking week at some sunny destination.

I was wondering if anyone has any ideas where to go? Spain or canaries islands somewhere would be sunny i guess.

I want to take my own bike as well so mtb friendly accomodation is a must

    South Africa, Awesome moutain biking and very friendly people, mtb races every weekend.

    You can come over here in Malta. Plenty of country lanes and single tracks if you like that kind of ride. Prepare yourself for short but steep hills. Splendid views of cliffs and sea,countryside and colourful sunsets but not much in the way of forests.
    Ryan Air and Easy Jet operate routes from UK to Malta but the national carrier Air Malta may work out to be cheaper still.
    Storing your bike should not be a problem with any hotel if they are pre-advised.

    Try Tenerife. Costa Adeje just up the coast from Las Americas is lovely
