ETA lockout lever on MX Comp 2003

I have a set of '03 MX Comp's on my HT which have ETA - I replaced the useless old plastic lever long ago with a BETD ETA dial thing which worked great but whilst in the Alps it must have loosened and fallen off so I no longer have an ETA adjuster.
BETD seem no longer to do their caps - does anyone have an idea where I might be able to get one?
I'm going to try Windwave but don't hold too much hope!
