Suspension forks for Van Nicholas Zion

What suspension forks would people recommend for a Van Nicholas Zion? I am new to mountain biking and have just ordered the frame, but am at a loss as to which forks to choose. I will mainly be using the bike for XC riding, commuting to work and possibly some touring. I weigh about 65-70 Kg.

The Van Nicholas website states that the frame is suitable for forks with up to 100 mm of travel. I had considered the Rock Shox Reba Team Dual Air (2009) and the Fox 32 Talas. The Fox website states that the Talas can be adjusted to give 140, 120 and 100 mm of travel. As the frame is in theory only suitable for 100 mm travel, would this fork work on the smallest setting, or is it a waste of what appears to be a good fork? Is it worth getting the RLC over the RL version?

Any other suggestions with respect to other makes/models gratefully appreciated.

Thanks in anticipation.
