Im not too keen on my new panaracer fire xc pro 2.1 tyres

Recently swapped my tires from WTB Prowler 2.3 to panaracer fire xc pro 2.1 tyres.
In was finding the prowlers a bit too draggy and was getting really tired riding very far.
Put on brand new panaracer fire xc pro 2.1 and theyre great for riding distances on.
However ive had a few dodgy moments where the front end is slipping out if i turn quickly. The tyres caught again but im not too keen on it. Never had it happen with the prowlers.
Therefore im looking for a tyre at maybe 2.2 with bigger nobbles on the side than the panaracer fire xc pro 2.1 tyres.
any ideas??
