Why I should probably stop mountain biking:

Almost every time I ride off road, I get injured.

Today's injury involved tackling a little vertical bit a few feet high and over a tree root. At the top, my left foot unclipped accidentally from my Eggbeaters, the pedal came back round and smacked me in the shin. Amusingly, the swelling and cuts from the Eggbeater is worse than anything I ever got from pedal shin interfaces with Gusset Incas.

Will I stop though? Hell no. Far too much fun.

To be honest, I was still buying MTB bits when I was in a wheelchair and didn't think I'd ever ride a bike again, so it's unlikely that I will ever stop...

I bought a whole bike whilst I was incapable of walking anywhere, let alone riding.
