Bike shop for service - SW London

My 5-Spot is well overdue a service (inc. shock and forks) and I'd like to take it somewhere for some TLC... Can anyone suggest somewhere out Kingston way that they've had actually had some experience with?

I'd tried one or two shops nearby but to be honest I've not had the greatest experiences with them..

Don't mind travelling a little distance...
