Seat Post Clamps

Hi,

i need a new seat post clamp as it is wearing out but i'm not sure what size i need?

my bike is a giant defy 3.

wiggle list's 28.6mm 31.8mm and 34.9mm.

ant idea of the size?

please help.

    Seatpost is 27.2mm isn't it?

    Unless you've got a really wierd frame, 27.2mm seatposts need 32mm seatpost clamps.

    I'm not sure about that. Giant tend to use oversized seat tubes and thinner seat posts with a shim.

    Take off the clamp you have, and somewhere on it will be stamped the size. Or just measure across the top of the seat tube with a ruler from one outer edge to the other, you can't really make a mistake with 3mm difference.

    some bikes use 30mm but they're usually steel.
