BMC SSX a racer?

I just started racing/training seriously, and I'm looking to upgrade from my 2008 trek 1.2. I'm particularly interested in the BMC streetfire and I hard pressed finding much information on it.
I have a couple of questions about it like is it aggressive enough for racing(parts can be upgraded later) , is it quality and will I see much of a change from my 1.2.
Bottom line: I'm at uni and I ant to know if this bike can help me win some SERIOUS races.
