Clicking noise upon rear pad replacement

Hi ... ive just changed the rear pads on my Trek 4300 D, everything seems fine no rubbing or anything, But when i ride and brake there is a clicking noise, the brake stops me ok but i never had this clicking noise before ...

Any ideas ?

Fixed now ... was the spring that was catching the disk as the brake was applied ...
