Hi. Just wondering are there any bikes which much better then my merlin malt4 09 for pretty same price around?
My malt4 has new rock shox reba team, XTR mechs, xt crankset, ok wheels .
was thinking about scott? any model would you recommend?

why would you want to change ?
is ther some thing wrong or you just fancy some thing differant.
you dont see many merlin bikes about and they stand out comperd to the rest.
iv never tryed scotts but i do have a merlin0 -
ahc well. Mrlin is fine, and im pretty mich ok with mine, but I have always loved scotts;)

The frame on the Malt4 is very very good.0

Honestly you'd be stupid to swap it for any other bike. Add a good set of wheels to it and you've got a great bike.
Scale 10 would be better than you have in some ways, but honestly there won't be the difference to justify selling your merlin and spending like, 2.5-3k to then buy that. Waste imho.Start Weight 18st 13lbs March 2009
