hay all any one up for giving the 14 hills killer with me? have already completeted the 7 hills 3 times and think its time to try somthing a littel harder and have no buddies to go with as there all doing events in whales, dont wont to race but do wont to get a good time hope to hear form you soon thanks ben

We spent a day there the other week.... fantastic riding .. not sure how many hills we got through but we covered some 38 miles. I think that the cake stop didnt help cos after lunch I failed on 2 or was it 3 climbs ?
but we had the perfect day for it - sun was shiining n everything ! Still got white bits !
