  • hilarious and great all in one! That's just extended my estimate of how long I'll be able to keep riding my bike

"Le best of le best". cracking motto
Everything in moderation ... except beer
Beer in moderation ... is a waste of beer

If riding an XC race bike is like touching the trail,
then riding a rigid singlespeed is like licking it
... or being punched by it, depending on the day

I (31) got a tour round Epping Forest by a couple of 70+ year olds in the spring. They were like ****ing machines! Not only were they fitter than me, they were better technical riders too. When we got back to the car park i staggered, jelly-legged to my car as they rode off with a cheerful wave. I was impressed.

My mate had just started a holidau riding company in switzerland and he had a guy out there last month who was 64 ripping up the singletrack out there. my mate said he couldn't believe the stuff he managed to ride. The 64 y/o had just come back from 3 weeks surfing in Australia and was going to portugal this month to some skydiving thing!!!

    awsome :D
