What's best KOM viewing spot at York on Saturday?

We are going to watch the Tour of Britain on Saturday. We are travelling by car and want to go to one of the KOM hills near York to watch. As we are going by car, ideally we want somewhere where we can park easily on the hill or nearby. A nice pub with a car park would be ideal as we could get a bite to eat and a drink if we get there nice and early.

Not sure whether to head for Kilnwick Percy, Towthorpe Wold or Gally Gap as I don't know the area. Any recommendations?

Gally Gap is hardly a hill, and won't be easy to get into or out of after. There might be a break there though, it's the last chance before it's pan flat into York.

I'd recommend Towthorpe - park either side of the roundabout at the bottom of the hill and walk to where you want.

There's no pub there though - the nearest is in Wetwang (on the route and where the sprint points are) or Fridaythorpe, back up the road from the roundabout.
