Cold/Flu ALREADY!!!

Damn this. Got back from working abroad and have gflu like symptoms can barely swallow and I am super p!ssed off as the weather is ace for cycing.

Any tips on getting rid of colds anyone?

    I also found the time spent travelling on the Tube is directly related to the days I spend with coughs, sneezes and sniffles - I don't care if it's cold outside, I'll soon warm up and won't be in a metal box of germs for the duration of my journey!
