I think I've popped a disc again today. Currently walking around like a cross between Gladstone Small and the Honey Monster.
Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos

  • That's nothing, I bent a disk falling off a boardwalk on my bike last year...

Well, he damaged the bike. He's got his priorities right, that's all.

  • Luckily not a disc problem (have a history and the pain is similar so assumed the worst). Doc reckons it's a bad muscle spasm, so on diazepam, co-codamol, and ibuprofen. Doesn't look like I'll be getting out this weekend - shame 'cos the weather forecast looks good :(

I wouldn't worry....gub a big pile of all those anti-spasmodics, codeine and inti inflam and you could do letour in your mind....
Whenever I see an adult on a bicycle, I believe in the future of the human race.

Drug yourself up to the gills and go out on the bike. My back's a million times worse when I'm inactive than when I overdo it on the bike.

Make sure you take a Garmin with you though, cos you won't remember any of it later.
