    Quick question.

Can you ride with normal trainers for example a quick ride to the shops or do you always have to wear the spd shoes.

  • Hello,
if you are a UK shoe size 10.5 I have an offer,
I am selling my shoes & pedals as I no longer commute. The pedals are half clipless and half flat so you can use them with normal shoes and the shoes have Shimano SPD cleats flush with the soles so you can walk normally.

    Look me up!
If you are not interested anyway I recommend the pedals beacuse they are wide and comfortable.
