My recently build Heckler - frame bought cheaply on ebay, all new other kit but on a budget - total cost £900 give or take. Rides very nicely! :D

Saddle in above shot was an old one filling in while SDG was on order!

My thoughts on it so far are:

Rear shock old and too bouncy, needs an upgrade

White grips - look nice initially but get dirty very quickly.

    Looking good.

About the white grips, I'm curious, can't you clean them, and from what is that black thing on it, gloves?

Btw, put some air one at the rear.
  • My gloves have black rubber palm and finger bits which give amazing grip but they tend to dirty everything up a bit plus you toucht eh chain or change a puncture and spaff muck on the grips.

They will clean up its just my laziness. But it does need white spirit to clean up.

Air rear shock is next summers expense for sure.
