Gadget to prevent chain jumping off...

I have a braze-on front mech and wish to purchase a gadget to prevent the chain dropping off the small chainring and onto the frame – i.e. do the same job as a band-on dog fang. I occasionally drop the chain changing down from big to small chain ring, despite adjusting and re-adjusting the front mech, and could do with a failsafe to protect the frame (and save me having to change back up to the big ring to get the chain back on at the bottom of a hill!).
I've seen these advertised somewhere or other but can't find them on-line because I don't know what they're called. Does anyone know?

I've got one. They work great - as long as you have it in the correct position. Mine needs to be adjusted as my chains till seems to manage to fall between it and the chainrings at times.0

For those with band-on front mechs, I got an email from AceCo in response to an enquiry, which said that a clamp-mount version of the K-edge is imminent.

i think i saw it on weightweenies where someone made their own instead of paying towards £50 for the chain catcher by getting a piece of metal (maybe ols bottle cage) and then bending + drilling it to the right shape0

Thanks very much. I think it was on Wiggle that I'd seen these gizmos, however I couldn't find them again (and didn't occur to me to look under front mechs on the menu - no points for initiative).0
