Posting a frame within the EU

Im selling a frame and fork on ebay at the minute and am getting loads of requests from people in europe to post it. In theory I have no problem in doing so, but Im struggling to find a semi reasonable quote. They are all in the order of £80, and that isnt even tracked!
Has anyone used a reliable but still good value courier that they can recomend please?

But the frame is only worth about £350!!!
