  • I really rate this as a good product to improve genereal health, well being and to elevate natural energy levels but don't expect over night miracles - it'll take 2-3 months for the positive effects to take hold.

Having said that the patience most definately pays off as I've found my energy levels feel good all the time, I've not had a cold or anything like that for months and months and I've also noticed that a suffer less from silly aches and joint pain.

Given the choice of products I'd sway more towards an all over Greens Powder rather than purely Wheat Grass and that it's worth spends a few extra £££ on a decent one as the quality of ingredients will be vastly superior and will actually be of benefit. I personally use Mega Greens and take 3-4 servings a day and this should last about a month.

Haven't tried it - I was tempted so did some research. The conclusion I came to was that it is undoubtedly good for you, but the claims made about it like it's the same as eating 1 kg of vegetables (or something like that) are rubbish. It doesn't have anything particularly special in it that you can't get by eating a decent amount of fruit and veg anyway.
