Cycling after a heart attack

Hi i am new to this forum and a regular cyclist ,

i want to know is Cycling after a heart attack good or bad.

I know there could be a lot of complication in this I came across things like this below on the net.

But is still don't know if i can cycle after an heart attack. seeking advice from any people with similar experience.

Don't want to be rude but surely your Doctor should be giving you this sort of advice?

Have you been through a Cadiac Rehab program at hospital ? I had a heart valve swapped so not quite the same, but lotsa patients there had heart attacks. Cycling is of course a good thing, as is any exercise. However I'd suggest some form of supervised exercise under medical guidance to start with.

you need advice from cardiology, depends on a number of factors.
