Hello cycling friends, i know u must have seen so many of these posts that u must be tired of looking at another one. Confused but i guess u will be kind enough to help me out as i am new to bicycling and I am confused about buying a new bike for myself. The bikes which have caused the confusion are Cannondale F9, B'Twin RockRider 5.2, Merida Matts 10-V and Merida Matts 5-V.
I wud be using the bike primarily for commuting daily to work and that will be around 6 kms one side. Besides that I don't really plan to use the bike for any trails or anything.
I know it doesn't make any sense to buy a MTB for this purpose but there are lot of bumps on the way to office and a road bike will not be able to take all the pain. Sad
Can anyone please suggest me which one to biy out of these four bikes?
Thanks in advance.

I have not seen some of those bikes. Can you provide links to the exact models?0

Bumps..? You'd be surprised what a road bike can handle. Else, go for a flat barred commuter.0
