Cycle Hire in Yorkshire

Hi

I'm looking to hire about 8 to 10 road bikes for a group of Aussies that are coming to stay with me in Yorkshire.

Does anyone know of any shops/companies that can do this, particularly in North Yorkshire.

    Try Cyclesense in Tadcaster. I'm pretty sure they hire mountain bikes, not so sure about road bikes but worth asking.

    All Terrain Cycles in Saltaire do "demo bikes" which you can use for a test ride for a 24-hour period - I had a Trek 1.9, cost £25 I think (get a voucher worth £25 off cost of a new bike if you buy one with a set period). Not sure how they'd go on if you wanted it for more than a day. They may be interested in doing something for a large group like this.

    Evans also do a demo service I think, they have a "fleet" they lend out at their Ride-It sportives so may have enough used demo bikes available not being used between their events. Their demo list includes Madones, Spesh Tarmacs etc so good stuff!
