Who makes carrera frames?

In particular the virago carbon frame, i am aware that Merida used to make the frames for carrera but i have heard somewhere that 3M might make the virago's frame, does anybody know who makes them?

    I,d heard from a good cycleshop near me that they are made in the same factory as GT frames
