Why is this country so cold!?

Was going to go out for a ride this morning, but i've only been back off holiday 2 days and im struggling to adjust to the temperature...

    ive spent 2 weeks at a constant temperature over 35 degrees, peaking at 41. i didnt see a cloud. today i cant see the sky

    Just wait a few days, you'll end up with a cold because of the change in climate and then you'll have something to really complain about.

    see I hate that sort of temps, high 20's about as high as I like for cycling sub 20's is best for me.

    Try a country with a continental climate in mid-winter.

    My room-mate at work is Finnish. She laughed when people said it was cold. But, she accepts that we do have this 'orrible, wet cold (maritime climate) that chills you to the bone.

    Here in NI its 15deg and wet every single day.

    It has rained here every effing day since the middle of July. :evil: :x :evil:

    Trying to keep wearing shorts for as long as possible on the commute t o work.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

    used to wear them all year though as a postie, at this was in the high (ish) lands so between 1000ft to 1500ft as long as your working you should make your own heat.
