Handle bar sizing for aero bars????

Hi, i am just about to buy some aero bars on ebay and i was wondering whether all the aero bars will fit my handle bars. i'm just wondering because i saw one which said it was for a 30something size handlebar???? i have a specialized allez sport if that makes any difference??

    Well do you have oversized 31.6mm handlebars or 'standard' 26.2mm (I think thats right?) ?
