Looking after your "kit"

I have just " polished my helmet" . The results were beter than I imagined as I haven't "cleaned" it for ages. I would guess I was at it for 5 min max, although I didn't time it of course. Later, I fancy a " group ride" I'll see if the missus "fancies a go" but as a rule she's less keen than me when it comes to joining in, bless her.

    I polish my helmet really fast until it glistens. Then I run chamois cream into my gooch.
  • Pledge stops it squeaking when hammering out a fast thrash :wink:
