Assos 851 jacket

Need new 851 jacket, fell of and ripped last one to bits, any good deals on 08/09 models not yellow,

    May be worth sending it back to Assos to see if they can repair it - not used the service yet myself, but from what I've heard they send stuff looking as good as new, for a fraction of the new price.
    Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos

    Its pretty much buggerd, shoulder down to elbow ripped to bits.Wife fixed it as best as she could, used it for rest of last winter.Need a new one now,looked a bit of a tramp with patches and holes all over my kit. A word of warning i came off when bars SNAPPED going down hill, no memory of it , just woke came too in hospital.I thought i could get another winter out of those bars,wrong.For the sake of £20, cost me over £500 in new kit and parts and a nice bit of road rash. Replace your stem & bars every year.

    It may be worth seeing what they can do - people have sent back shorts that have been ripped when they've come off and Assos have replaced the whole panel and put a new chamois in (often for free, or very little charge).
