Ordered from CRC and WHS on Tuesday and the stuff still hasnt arrived. Sulking now. :(

Anyone else waiting for stuff?

    I ordered some stuff from CRC on Monday night and It 's still not here, I also ordered a headset and bars on Wednesday night and they came this morning.

    That's weird - I ordered a pair of shorts from CRC, which were apparently posted on 14 August. They never arrived, so I contacted the sales department who sent out another pair on 26 August. They still haven't arrived yet either... :(

    yep! i ordered some QR's - emailed CRC and was told they were sent 1st Sep by 1st class post and they still havent arrived! :-(

    Why do ParcelFarce insist on delivering parcels during the day at residential addresses when no one is at home? Would make more sense to deliver stuff after 4pm!

    I ordered some tyres on Ebay on Tuesday and they arrived today, a friend ordered a wallet last thursday and is still waiting for it.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

    It does seem Royal Mail don't have the customer priority as courier firms do.

    They are cheaper but 2 or 3 days is pretty much the maximum i'd wait for something. Service does imo sometimes override price, especially if it cocks up your weekend riding plans.

    Time after all...is money.

    Next time I will, only found out today that the sorting office for my area is next to where I work
