One week tour in November

It's my husband's 30th birthday in November and I am thinking about taking him away for a week. We're avid cyclist and keen tourers, though usually for a couple of weeks each summer, so am thinking about a 5 day tour somewhere. Does anyone have any suggestions of anywhere which is easily accessible and good touring in November?
