If this is the same show that I'm thinking of - there really wasnt much you could buy there - that was a big complaint.

I think you'd be better off buying from your LBS - they should have more time to fit you, and its more in their interest to keep you happy ?

Condor cycles are always there with their clothing 'shop', which is always worth a look. There are a few bike companies selling bikes but not many. Fondriest I recall were selling some from their stand last year.

But it's always worth a look, especially from Eurobike with the majors releasing new models. A lot of the stands will take orders but it's not quite the same as buying from your normal LBS.

The bike show is more an exhibition than a retail event - there was a retail area last year, but it was mainly clothing. Don't recall any bikes for sale - most bikes were being exhibited by distributors, not retailers. If you want a bargain, 2009 bikes are now being cleared to make way for 2010 stock.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

There were a few retailers selling bikes, just a few mind, and Fondriest were one of them.

and there were people like Pearsons exhibiting, so it was good to have a chat with them about their bikes.
