Thinking of a trip over to Morzine next year, but am concerned by its reputation for downhill. Does anyone have experience of and some information on xc routes over there and also when to best time to ride is?
If calsberg made bikes... they'd probably be the best bikes in the world

hi Matt, am i also planning a trip next year with a few mates who have already been out a couple of times. according to them and from looking on youtube it looks mostly DH but very freeridey without too many big drops, rocks etc. my plan is to take my hardtail and ride it for the first few days then maybe hire a big hitter for the last few. i think it all depends on what you ride normally. my hardtail gets me down fort william as well as every other black route in scotland so i am hoping it will be fine as anything harder and i dont want to go down it anyway!!
does my tail look hard in this?
