Oooooh I like the white bits - very pimp! 8)

Is it just the racing ralphs that come like that or can you get the furious freds in a similar design?

Ive know a few people to have bought them but the ditched them because they were a little too twichy on the trails. Be interesting to se how you get on.

you can get nobby nics like it not to sure about the freds (you can also get red, white and black)
  • I have them on my Marin, they are very fast, with extremely low rolling resistance... as above, can be twitchy, I find them great in the dry, have not used them in the rain though!!!!

Have to admit I'm well tempted to get the black and white Nobby Nics, just because they'd look so good on my bike

  • Just got some Speed Kings, looking forward to trying them out tomorrow. Anyone on here tried them.
  • Yeah i have speed kings on the back, Seem to roll quite quick but i hardly notice anyway :D

Been on some very rough stuff and no punctures yet and i thought they handled very well, with a very predictable drift.

I love Racing Ralphs, they're seriously quick and if you can get away with running them pretty soft, they grip like crazy, even in the wet. They suck in mud though.

Like you say gaff_taff, I find when they do go it's predictable and recoverable.
