Gore cables!?!?!

Does anyone know where I can by a replacement Gore cable? I've done the usual searches and tried to contact Gore themselves but without any luck :-(

as in the inner? You can get the gore cable sets from wiggle IIRC, and i'd assume they use a standard inner wire.

Yes, just the inner. And no, they're not standard sadly. I did buy a standard cable and it felt dreadful :-(

Doesn't look like you can buy the inner on it's own, maybe need to buy the whole set again :shock:

I had the same situation about 6 weeks ago. I emailed Gore (both US and European addresses) about it to see if there was anywhere I could purchase a new inner. Both of them got back to me, took about a fortnight though, and I now have two new free-of-charge inner cables.

Give them a while, they'll more than likely get back to you.

I used the addresses on their Contacts Page. As I said, it did take a while to get a reply, but they did get back to me and were very helpful.
