The Lady and I can no longer make it to see Dave Gorman at the Colston Hall tonight (8pm start) and have given our tickets to a mate.

He hasn't found anyone that wants to go in the 12hrs since we gave them to him, so do any of the Brizzle crew fancy a night out for free?

It's just one seat free and it's in the stalls.

Hopefully someone will use it so it doesnt go to waste.

Hah, I also had a spare which I'm giving away tonight!

I'll stick another message up on my Facebook wotsit and see if it gets any bites :)

    Wish I lived in/near Bristol!
    FCN Daily commute = 11
    FCN Fixie commute = 5
  • Damn - wish I'd known earlier - he's sold out here - but then we don't get out much :)

From our office here to our [now closed] office in Bradley Stoke is about 82 miles, so errrr... 82m / about 16mph over that distance, plus a stop for a pint at ¾ of the way in, plus stopping for a leak in a hedge. Nah - just too far. Shame. I'd have gone for it. Top bloke is DG, even before he made hisself known on here..

You still there? What's the number of your mate if I find someone?

Actually saying that, it's looking unlikely...

Was tempted by the Born Again p!$$ tank at the hippodrome but couldn't justify the £20 added to which I was nodding off eating my tea so I would have had the cleaners waking me up later tonight
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

Well, he was really very good :)

Incredibly giggly too, which was just infectious!
