Improving the set up

I have a Canonale F6 2008 and never really spend too much time in changing the factory settings apart from the seat height, is there a guide on here or anyone got a good link. I mainly looking for how i should set up the fork

    set your sag to what you want and set the rebound so it does not kick back.

    Your fork should have come with a manual which will give you a set up guide. If not, have a look at the Rock Shox website and you should be able to find the info you need. It's a Dart 3 right?
