Vauxhall Junction vs coffee

My bike was stolen yesterday so I had to take the bus to work and back today. It normally takes me half an hour from East Dulwich to Knightsbridge and I have a shower when I get to work. The bus to Victoria and walking the last bit takes an hour and fifteen minutes! I was nodding off on the bus both ways and was running on half-brain power all day. It appears that I actually need the Fear of Vauxhall Junction to wake me up. Is this normal?

Bugger, commiserations on getting the bike half-inched. Thieving scumbags!
Yup totally normal I think. It's the lack of adrenalin & endorphins, or whatever those hormones are that your body releases when doing exercise, that makes getting on public transport a bad start & end to the day.
If I didn't ride to work I'd probably end up in a permanent vegetative state!0 -
My commute certainly wakes me up in the morning 8)0

Gotta agree with this one… I feel much more charged after my 11 mile commute to work. I’ve noticed a big difference and that’s only after 3 weeks.
Help’s me sleep at night as well… Trouble is I’m falling asleep about 10 minutes after diner now…lolWhy are you laughing..? I'm not laughing...
