But when you do, 9/10 it's pure gold :)
  • .... interesting thread.... time for a group hug maybe..

.. i like the fact that you have a piccy of (presumably) yourself on your postings...with a serious but slightly awkward, partly shaded look..staring straight into the camera...not posed or professional...more natural and amateurish.. then the youthful name 'freehub' with the short sharp blunt but honest comments...I think you are good for forums like this... you seem to know your stuff, always have an opinion...thats what forums are all about.......but your question reveals a sensitive, less confident, more thoughtfull side....... should I go on?

I don't like to think of myself as immature, I mean if I was what would my flatmates be? Waking me up at 3AM in the morning to put the cooker on 180 for some potato croquettes.

Mothyman, I took that pic on top of the peaks when I did my longest ride in a different part of the country, I think it was derbyshire? I'm not really keen on taking pictures of myself. I'm still learning, I've picked up loads of knowledge from various sources in the past year but I've still got lots to learn.

This is odd - I've always had a thing for posh ladies (current faves - Kirstie Allsop and Victoria Coren).

Freudian expert to thread, please. Freudian expert to thread.

Yep, Im a sucker for them too. Claudia Winkleman is my personal fave I'd show her some special dancing. And I like trinny from "what not to wear", cruel and posh, yes please.

Prefer Sarah Beeney. A bit posh, and massive jugs!

  • I really wouldn't worry about what people think or don't think of you. Enjoy the forum, enjoy life and enjoy the next door neighbours wife!
  • Will, you have generated four pages of replies in two days!

Not a hostile one among them FFS.

If that won't set your mind at ease, nothing will :)

Will, if you were a girl and I were a boy, I'd so make a move on you. We're half way there. ;)

To be honest, you do liven this place up a bit. :) Just keep asking questions that seem daft, but others actually learn from.

  • I should have mentioned that it's a big cup. Y'know, one of those hot chocolate / soup cups.

    Normal cups just get 3.5.

    Surely that's understandable now. ;)

I just don't get people who don't take sugar and milk. You'd think we were alive during the war or something ...

A hangover isn't going to destroy your life you soft Jessie. It might write off an afternoon, but that will be the end of it.

Well then stop posting on this forum and get yourself down the pub for some hangover prep. Remember proper preparation predicts pissed up performance.
