Just brought the following rims for my Giant Brass 1 (2009)
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 0173877253
They look as though they will need sch valved tubes, I guess prestas wont be any good ?
Does anyone know how much heavier these are over the WTB Dual Duty wheels im currently running they are the standard shipped ones?
They will also allow me to run 9mm or 20mm forks I believe as the hubs come with a adapter, if you see my other post regarding forks thats my plan.
Does anyone know how noisey the old freewheels are on these hubs as I like them loud
I think the color looks nasty

weights are on Halos web site.
they make some noise.
so you will be getting the DJ1's or the argyles then."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Im leaning towards towards the DJ 1's, but its only cos of the name, I wish they were in white, Lol.
Are the argys that much better mate?0 -
