    Hi

    I would suggest Giant SCR Range. Used from Ebay.

    SCR1 - 105 Spec ~ £450
    SCR2 - Tiagra Spec ~£400
    SCR3 - Tiagra / Sora ~£350

    They are excellent frames that can easily be upgraded. I have 2 x SCR which I have upgraded to Ultegra one Road / one Flat bar commuter.

    I was able to buy SCR3 for £350 sell group for £150 but Ultegra £500 got full ultegra for £700.
