What goes through your mind when the heading "Buying Advice" is in big bold letters ?

As this is not in the buying advice forum, I can only assume you are looking for something not a bike. as such.....
Buy a skateboard!0 -

Have you ever seen people at the sk8parks on micro scooters they are amsing well most of them.0

Buy some emo grass that way it'll cut itself. The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it.

Ill be honest with you, that looks pretty sweet. Would look a fool if the rider cant ride for poo!0 -
what you mean, talk about biking. I bet your one of those little pricks that just make a nuisance of themselves. who try and look good infront of the proper riders and make a complete dogs dinner of it.yeehaamcgee wrote:

I've gotta admit Emo Kid, given that people used to ride downhill of solid frame bikes us lucky folk haven;t got much to complain about.
I'll happily admit that I'm rubbish at biking but I'd never blame my bike for my short fallings.
I still fall off my nice expensive(ish) bike just as much as I did on my cheap V Brake, £30 Front Suspension one. The only difference is I'm going faster so it hurts more!Kona Stinky Six

But for a grand I'd buy a Boardman FS Team (spend the exra on shiney bits) Build it yourself though or take it to your LBS - don't under any surcumstances let Halfords build it!+ 1001 posts reset by the cruel cruel moderators!

I agree with everything said here.Mabie forest. Maybe one of the greatest places to ride.0 -
id buy that demo looks wicked, really matches my current trend towards psycedelica and the swinging 60's i missed out on by 30 years0

Its not debatable i can ride my bike fine. Also i might not be able to spell but i can fix and build my bike.0

Ouch.
Personally I'd build a bike, that way you can customise it with loads of emo-esque stuff.....0 -

Of course, yes. It's just like how I used to be rubbish at guitar because I was playing a cheap handmedown. Of course as soon as I bought my first Gibson I rocked like Slash and Satriani combined. It turns out I was actually an amazing guitarist, it was just the rubbish guitar I was using at the time that made me sound like a goose farting in the fog.
I'm sorry dude but that is rubbish. I've never seen you ride so I don't know what you are really like, but you can't actually try and justify that statement can you? The only thing that is rubbish there is your logic.Kona Stinky Six

Well mate, all these p!ss taking dudes obviously can't take you seriously...
I'd build one. You're after a park bike? If it's a rigid fork, then you can go to town on the hubs / headset / wheelset, if sus, restrict yourself a bit. Shop around and see whata nice.
I'll start you off shall I???
Heres your stem!
Because we all know your EMOOOOOOOOOOOO
