Which Front Derailleur ?

Hi, I have a Dawes Galaxy (531 frame) of about 9 years old which is my all purpose transport. I am looking to replace the front derailleur and so looked on sites such as
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=13263
or
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=40546
My problem is that there are several choices and I don't know which is right. My setup is as follows - front 26/36/44 (shimano hollowtech) - rear 11-34 (Deore derailleur)- bar end levers.
It doesn't need to be a sram or any particular make as long as it is the right one, the rest of the kit is shimano. Please no prices over £30 my bank mangler wouldn't understand.

Thanks for that I like Dotbike but what had me wondering about which one I should use is the choice on the links on my query.
I am probably displaying my ignorance of the MacHinery but here goes.
What I do not know is the difference between the following
Conventional 9sp - 34.9 Dual Pull
Conventional 9sp - 28.6/31.8/34.9 Dual Pull
Conventional 9sp - 31.8/34.9 Dual Pull*** Be careful out there 90% of cyclists are caused by accidents***0 -
how does the cable pull on your bike?
where is the clamping band?
Pics of your current set up?
have you taken yours off yet? as the size will be listed inside the band."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Hi, The pull is from below.
The clamp is on the down-tube with the clamping bolt on the opposite side from the chain-wheel.
No it is still on the bike, photo later if I get a moment to take one, if still required, let me know.*** Be careful out there 90% of cyclists are caused by accidents***0 -
yep more info needed.
or have a look on shimanos webby for pics of the different "swing" models."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Hi nicklouse. after a delay due to my wife being in hospital. A couple of pics of my setup are at http://www.g4rqn.co.uk/bike-misc/pic1.jpg
and

It has taken all this time for me to realise that the different sizes I was puzzled about are in fact the different sizes of downtube the units will fit, please correct me if I am still wrong.
However advice of exactly which one to get is appreciated, and the £30 well that's a bit flexible.*** Be careful out there 90% of cyclists are caused by accidents***0 -
You need a conventional (bottom swing mech).
Dual pull means it will work with any cable entry.
Size is the size of your seat tube. Will be written on existing mech.0 -
Thanks gentlemen I know a little more now LOL.*** Be careful out there 90% of cyclists are caused by accidents***0
