Brake help please

Just had a quick blast on my trek ex 8 before i head to out to dalby forrest tomorrow and the front brake has a weird pulsing effect when stopping.
Its like the disc is slighty wobbly some how.
I put some new tubeless tyres on last night so the only thing i can think of is that i could of got a little sealant on the disc maybe..
I've got the avid juicy 5's on
I used muc off to clean my bike last week and haven't ridden it since.
is this common?

    dont worry about it.

    muc-off can do temporary strange things as can the feel of the disc through the lever.

    I hope it disappears as its bugging me like fluke!
    I spent an hour riding with my front brake just on slightly to scrub anything off that could be affecting it. :lol:
    So you think it might be just the muc off affecting it?
