I don;t think there's any difference in pad shape, but since the velcro closures go one way, then it's best to have them on the right legs.

If you want to find which one is left, and which one is right, you could always look at the label inside them, where it says, cunningly, L for Left, or R for right.
    Amazing that.

That's funny mine don't have any l/r labels in 'em. anyhoos i just wear 'em so that the velcro wrap ends point to the outside of my legs.

i swear to buggery i don't have any l/r labels in mine, i spent about 5 mins for each looking for 'em. i don't remember there being any l/r labels in them when i got them but i wouldn't rule it out and for me to have them ripped them out cause they would have been annoying me.

so with your lovely labelled kyle straits what way does the Velcro point when their on?

hey hey c'mon now there is no need for that, just no need to make me jealous cause your pads have labels and mine don't

actually having just had another real close look, still no labels, but it would seem that there is a trace of labels located over the warning labels at the top inside the pads. must be them and i must have ripped them out, don't remember but then again i'm lucky if i remember what i had for

erm what was i saying

It's not really important anyway. As far as I can tell, they're symmetrical, apart from the straps which close over from the outside inward.

well that's me then I've been wearing them on the wrong knees with no complaints, so yeah they must be symmetrical.

or my knees are fooked up!

I didn't realise such a simple question could result in such sarcasm!
    Oh well.
For those of us that DON'T have labels, which i would have looked at if there was some, being a grown up with a bit of intelligence and stuff, thanks for the info yeehaamcgee.

On mine, the L and R is on another tag that has stuff that looks like product codes on, it's not a standalone tag. But, weirdly on my chicken wings one has a tag and the other doesn't. As long as they're comfy I don't think it matters really
