Finishing kit that isn't black.

So I'm building up my lovely steel Scapin frame. Avoiding carbon groupset for a retro look (Centaur 10 alloy); brooks Swift saddle etc.

But where do I find finishing kit that doesn't ruin the retro look by being black or carbon weave? I know I can source a Ti seatpost (although not sure re. steel-Ti contact) and maybe a Ti or Alu stem, but what about bars? I could go track bars but then where do my cables go?

Any ideas?

Ribble do the Speciale by Deda but it looks like its grooveless. The 215 doesn't appear to come in silver any more. Pity.

Do you need grooves, though?

I find the cables give a nice grippy profile to the bars when they sit on the surface.
