I came in from doing a hilly 50 miles the other day, starving. rummaging in the kitchen, I knocked this dish up.

Pasta twirls, handful green olives, a tin anchovies and big handful of spinach. Cooked the pasta and spinach, drained the water then chucked in the anchovies (and oil from can) and olves, gave it a stir, salt and pepper.

Try it, its nice.

Sounds great, apart from the olives, anchovies and spinach. :)
I have nothing more to say on the matter.

Wow - what a reveleation. Until you suggested it i'd never of thought of cooking some pasta and adding some vegetables to it to make a quick and easy meal.

Thanks - you've proably changed my life for ever.

No really man. how will i ever repay this gift of knowledge?

Its not a relevation, its just a bit of dinner, thought I'd share something for the masses. If trying to do someone a favour is a crime then I'm guilty..
Since when are anchovies vegetables ?

You can repay me any way you like, just reading my post and replying is thanks enough for me. I,m not taking the p1ss, honest. Are you really little ? and is your name bob too?

    I should probably apologise too

    database input making me grumpy/sarcastic/mean.

    I'm happier now.

My favorite - chuck it in pasta - combination is egg, tuna, olives, green beans, capers and tomatoes.
