Measuring steerer tube length?

Hello

I am asking the question that is it possible to measure my steerer tube length without removing my forks? :oops:

Oh and bike is a 08 mongoose tyax comp with suntour xcm's on it if that helps?

    yes. have a look in the MTB FAQs.

    Cheers for that, bit late to go and do it now :(

    Will i see a significant improvment if i get tora's compared to my original forks?
