find a Bead blaster who is local.
Nitromors is a paint remover not a Powder coat remover."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Look in the Yellow Pages for powder coaters as they almost all strip as well as coat.
My preference is for those that strip your frame by chemical dip, but media blasting works just as well, if a tad more messy.
I have used a company outside Glasgow called Chameleon Powder Coating three times now and they do a good job. Now I know this will be of little help to you as you're from Bath, but these alloy wheel refurbishers are cropping up all over the place. There is bound to be a local one who should be able to point you in the right direction.
