Rudy Project Customer Service

Anyone had any dealings with the Rudy Project Service Centre in Italy? I have a pair of RP Rydon glasses, which are really good with the exception that the rubber nose pieces split occasionally and I need to get some new ones. Bought a spares kit last time but don't need all the other bits. I have found a form on the RP site that looks like you just send them and they send you the spares. No where does it ask for payment details. Surely this is too good to be true??

I think I will give it a go, but wondered if anyone else had done this?

    i would try to contact "yellow" i belive there called who are the uk distibuters.
    look on internet or through local dealer for details.
    I spoke to them direct but the guy was a Kn*b!
